Overview
I have spent over a decade building business applications professionally: order management systems, billing and invoicing automation, field operations tools, scheduling systems, and the reporting layers that sit on top of them. That is the experience every Pineflux project gets.
The pattern is almost always the same. A business starts with spreadsheets because they are free and flexible. A few years later, the spreadsheet has become the business: five people edit it, nobody trusts it, and one formula typo can cost real money. The work has outgrown the tool.
A custom business application fixes that by fitting the software to the way your team already works. Your team enters data once. Everyone sees the same numbers. The rules of your business, who approves what, what happens when an order lands, which customers get which pricing, live in the system instead of in one employee's head.
Projects start small on purpose. We identify the single most painful workflow, build the tool that fixes it, and expand from there once it is earning its keep.

What this looks like in practice
Systems I have personally built include an order management platform that coordinated work across sales, warehouse, and field teams, billing automation that replaced days of manual invoice preparation each month, and operations dashboards that turned scattered data into a morning glance.
Every application is built with boring, proven technology and readable code, so it can be maintained for years, by me or by anyone you hire after me.
